We look after clients who live on Mallorca. We also provide a package of services to owners who visit. In the sections below we provide a flavour of the services we offer.

We undertake general repairs on the property and carry out painting and decorating jobs. We advise on and assist with the installation of security and access control systems  for your property.

We carry out regular checks on the various supplies to the property including water, electricity, telephone and internet connections. We ensure that your property is well ventilated and pests such as insects or other vermin are controlled.

We undertake landscape gardening and drainage projects. We can maintain your garden  and undertake tree felling, install irrigation systems and carry out regular gardening duties such as  planting, watering, weeding and feeding.

We maintain swimming pools and deal with pumps, filtration systems, general cleaning and winterization. We maintain and clean terraces and barbecues. We install and maintain gate control and remote garage access systems. We also install lighting systems in gardens.

Administration

We can handle all of the paperwork and administrative tasks related to the ownership of a property in Spain. These tasks include payment of taxes and community charges plus legal and financial services.

We provide a service to  manage your Mallorca based cars. This involves help with  transfers or a local purchase. We can ensure that your car is regularly serviced, organise repairs and deal with breakdowns. We ensure that regular taxes are paid, deal with any fines, manage the annual test, organise insurance, cope with accidents and keep the car clean.

Finally we can act as your assistant if you need to sell a property or buy another one.

Arrivals and departures

Arrivals and departures

We offer a meet and greet service for owners and visitors (including those that are renting your property). We can deal with changeovers and act as a point of contact. We can organise the rental of all types of equipment including baby cots, high chairs, wheelchairs and other specialised equipment.

We can undertake all the pre and post visit cleaning. We can manage inventories of household materials and equipment. We also deal with any replacements.

During visits

During visits

We organise and undertake laundry services before and after departures. We provide a property and furnishings cleaning service. We can organise for fresh flowers to be delivered, arrange for basic shopping and supply arrival packs.

We can also undertake a myriad of additional services including organising babysitting and make bookings with restaurants. We are there for the unforseen emergency including matters of ill health and transport duties, including taxi services.

All of our services can be wrapped up into a comprehensive home care package.

We can undertake regular checks and inspections of your property. We can act as your local key holders, we can respond to callouts and deal with any emergencies, on a 24 hour basis. We can collect mail on your behalf and forward it if necessary. Equally we can deal with the contents as part of our general care duties.

We can provide a regular report of the status of your property so that you will feel at ease with the ownership of a property at a distance.
