Building Services - In terms of the type of building and construction project that we will undertake, it would be easier to ask what it is that we cannot do - the answer would be "very little". Whether it is a complete house build or a washbasin to fit, we are happy to undertake the task.
We can work on any part of the island of Mallorca. We are fully insured and manage warranties on equipment supplied wherever appropriate. We only use our own staff on projects. We undertake projects for individual properties and also for communities of owners.
Small works
We carry out discrete building and maintenance projects of any size. No project is considered too small. Our services start at the beginning with foundations and end with putting the roof on the top.
In between we undertake block work, plastering, tiling and damp proofing. We work inside houses and we also undertake projects in the garden and on terraces.
Complete Build
We undertake the complete construction. We manage the project from beginning to end and utilise the services of an architect to prepare all the designs, drawings and plans. We also liaise with the local authorities regarding permissions, approvals and any taxes to be paid.
We undertake the work to high standard using only the best materials available. The end result is a dwelling that we will both be proud to have created.
A family team
We are a family team. Within the team we cover all the building trades, for example carpentry, plumbing, electrical work and plastering.
We only use sub-contractors occasionally. We provide or organise all of the heavy equipment and tools which are needed for any project.
We have run our business for nearly 30 years on island. We believe that we offer our customers an honest, trustworthy and reliable service.
Carpentry work
In this row we will include just a few of the skills that we offer.
We provide and install kitchens, doors and replacement windows, shutters and undertake general carpentry. We source our wood from local timber suppliers with whom we have a good working relationship to ensure we use the best quality timbers appropriate and available for the job.
Plumbing
We undertake general plumbing services. In particular we build and install kitchens, bathrooms, shower cubicles including all of the tiling. We also carry out outdoor projects incluuding jacuzzis and swimming pools.
We are renowned for our central heating. We provide heating systems based on traditional radiators, hot air and underfloor systems. We install air conditioning systems. We especially use pipe systems from TECE which are corrosion free and come with a 15 year guarantee.
Electrical
We undertake all sorts of electrical projects. We install the cables for electric supply, for telephones and computer networks. We install all of the necessary boards and fuse boxes. We arrange for systems to be approved by GESA.
We supply and install all types of domestic equipment including: ovens and hobs, home security systems, internet of things and multi-media systems.
